1. قبول الشروط
باستعمالك تطبيق ريمڤو فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها فلا تستعمل التطبيق.
2. طبيعة الخدمة الحالية
التطبيق في إصداره الحالي عرض توضيحي يعمل على جهازك وحده. لا يربطك بسائق حقيقي، ولا ينقل أموالًا، ولا ينشئ أي التزام تعاقدي بيننا وبينك بشأن نقل أو توصيل.
3. الأرصدة والأسعار
رصيد المحفظة ومكافآت الدعوة والأسعار المعروضة كلها بيانات تجريبية داخل جهازك. لا تُصرف ولا تُحوَّل ولا تمثّل مالًا حقيقيًا، ويمكن أن تُصفَّر بحذف بيانات التطبيق.
4. استعمالك للتطبيق
- لا تستعمل التطبيق لغرض مخالف للقانون الموريتاني.
- لا تحاول تعديل التطبيق أو الالتفاف على قيوده أو إساءة استعمال نظام الدعوة.
- المعلومات التي تدخلها مسؤوليتك، وهي محفوظة على جهازك وحده.
5. الملكية الفكرية
اسم ريمڤو وشعاره وتصميمه مملوكة لأصحاب المشروع. لا يجوز استعمالها تجاريًا بلا إذن مكتوب.
6. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» بلا ضمان من أي نوع. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر ناتج عن استعماله، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك.
7. التعديل والإيقاف
يجوز لنا تعديل التطبيق أو هذه الشروط أو إيقاف الخدمة في أي وقت. استمرارك في الاستعمال بعد التعديل يعني قبولك للنسخة الجديدة.
8. القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون الموريتاني، وتختص محاكم نواكشوط بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

2. Nature du service
L'application est une démonstration fonctionnant uniquement sur votre appareil. Elle ne vous met pas en relation avec un chauffeur réel, ne transfère aucun argent et ne crée aucune obligation contractuelle de transport ou de livraison.
3. Soldes et tarifs
Le solde du portefeuille, les primes de parrainage et les tarifs sont des données fictives stockées sur votre appareil. Ils ne sont ni convertibles ni transférables.
4. Votre usage
- N'utilisez pas l'application à des fins contraires à la loi mauritanienne.
- Ne tentez pas de modifier l'application ni d'abuser du système de parrainage.
- Les informations saisies relèvent de votre responsabilité et restent sur votre appareil.
5. Propriété intellectuelle
Le nom RIMGO, son logo et son design appartiennent aux porteurs du projet et ne peuvent être utilisés commercialement sans autorisation écrite.
6. Limitation de responsabilité
L'application est fournie « en l'état », sans garantie. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour tout dommage lié à son utilisation, y compris la perte des données stockées sur votre appareil.
7. Modification
Nous pouvons modifier l'application, ces conditions ou interrompre le service à tout moment.
8. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit mauritanien ; les tribunaux de Nouakchott sont compétents.

3. Balances and fares
Wallet balance, referral rewards and displayed fares are simulated data stored on your device. They are not redeemable or transferable.
4. Your use of the app
- Do not use the app for any purpose contrary to Mauritanian law.
- Do not attempt to modify the app or abuse the referral system.
- Information you enter is your responsibility and stays on your device.
5. Intellectual property
The RIMGO name, logo and design belong to the project owners and may not be used commercially without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We accept no liability for any damage arising from its use, including loss of data stored on your device.
7. Changes
We may modify the app, these terms, or discontinue the service at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Mauritanian law; the courts of Nouakchott have jurisdiction.
